If you get out of the bed in the morning without much trouble, you are probably in a job that is right for you. People who love their jobs tend to jump out of bed with enthusiasm, while most people switch off the alarm and roll over in denial that morning is here.
You are generous
One sign that you are in a job that is right for you is that you feel generous. Not only is this an indication that you are earning good money and therefore have spare cash to share, but also because you feel a sense of being appreciated and that overflows into our desire to appreciate others and shower them with our generosity.
You have had a promotion
Being in a job that is right for you will also have potential for promotion. If you have been promoted in the last 2 years or have received a significant raise in salary, you are most probably in the right job for you. Having the ability to grown within your job is important to work satisfaction.
You respect and admire your superiors
If you find yourself with great respect and admiration for your boss, then you are likely to be in a job that is right for you. When we are treated well by those in positions of authority we tend to enjoy our jobs more and grow professionally. If you find the actions and attitudes of your superiors to be cause for disrespect, you might want to look for a new job.
