Jobs in Timeshare

You might be surprised by the range of jobs involved in the timeshare industry. While the most common jobs in timeshare are related to sales (these are also usually the most lucrative jobs in timeshare as well), there are a number of alternative positions. Take a look at some of the jobs in timeshare that might appeal to you.
OPC - Off Property Contact
Perhaps the most well known jobs in timeshare are OPCs. This job involves encouraging members of the public to attend a timeshare presentation. The skill involved in this job is related to your charm and easy going nature. You will also need to be pretty thick-skinned too as people ignore your attempts to make contact.
In House Concierge
Like OPCs, you can work at a timeshare resort to encourage guests to attend presentations. Often, this job is both acting as a concierge as well as a timeshare advocate. Certainly one of the most elegant jobs in timeshare.
Sales Agents
Sales agents are likely to make the big money in timeshare. However, even amongst sales agents there are a number of positions, from those people who show guests the timeshare property, known as liners, to closers who are the ones who will finally close the deal.
VLO - Verification Loan Officers
VLOs have a particularly important job. Their job is to make sure that the client is fully aware of the benefits offered by the product. They will also make sure that the client is aware of the details contained in the contract to avoid any danger that a client might want to cancel during the cooling off period because they feel uncertain about the contract.
Admin
Just as you would expect in any business, there are a variety of administrative roles, from recruitment, to members services, to communication. Most of these kinds of jobs are advertised locally or promoted internally.
